工作概要 Job Purpose/Overview
通過預防性維護、故障排除和持續改善發揮關鍵作用。對機械/電氣和儀表進行良好的維護以確保生產線平穩&高效運行。
Maintenance technicians play a key role in ensuring production lines are running smoothly and efficiently through a good maintenance for mechanical / electrical & instrument by preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

主要職責 Key Responsibilities
一. 機械系統和設備的安裝、維護和查修。
二. 對機械/電氣/儀表問題進行故障排除和診斷。 與工程團隊透過變更管理（MOC）進行現場持續改善
三. 閱讀和解釋技術手冊、藍圖和圖表。
四. 對機器和設備進行日常維護檢查，校準並測試機械設備以確保正常運行
五. 與整個團隊管理零件用品的庫存/訂購/維護
1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing of manufacture process equipment & system
2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment/electrical/instrument problems. Continuous Improvement through management of change (MOC) with Engineering group
3. Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
4. Conducting routine maintenance checks on equipment. Calibrating and testing equipment to ensure proper functioning.
5. Ordering and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies with whole group.

內容與管理範疇Context and Scope
一. 遵循主管的指導，與主管、工程師和其他技術人員合作，維護既有設備或開發新的系統和設備。
二. 確保遵守當地的安全法規和公司的 HSE 政策。
三. 接受輪班 安排 ，運營24小時工廠。
1. Follow supervisor’s guidance and collaborate with supervisor, engineers and other technicians to maintain existing equipment or develop new systems and equipment.
2. Ensuring compliance with local safety regulations, protocols and company’s EHS policy.
3. Need shift arrangement, and accept night shift arrangement to operate a 24 hr plant.
