What You'll Do
- Handle a wide variety of household repairs in occupied apartments
- Get apartments ready for new residents
- Complete preventative maintenance and property checklists
- Provide responsive and exceptional customer service
- Treat residents' homes, belongings and privacy with respect
- Join the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies, typically two days every 2–2.5 weeks
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance, the trades or facilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A customer-service mindset, patience and pride in your work
- Comfortable working on your own or as part of a team
- Your own hand tools
Nice to Have
- Any specialized skills or certifications

Each technician has a home location and may rotate during the year:
- Madison West / Middleton
- Campus Area/Downtown Madison
- Stoughton/Oregon
