Our door manufacturing plant in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a versatile, multi-skilled industrial maintenance professional to support our door manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this team member will perform the full spectrum of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic maintenance tasks necessary to repair, maintain, upgrade, and optimize the performance and continuous availability of metal cutting, stamping, and forming machinery and all other equipment, machinery, and systems necessary to the functioning of the plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanical / Hydraulic / Pneumatic

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment
• Maintain and repair motors and pumps.

Electrical / Electronic

• Troubleshooting and upgrading of electrical / electronic equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Create wiring diagrams for production floor.

General Maintenance

This team member will be responsible for preventive maintenance, including but not limited to:

• Maintain and repair production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints.
• Run energy sources such as air, hydraulic and electrical as necessary.
• Perform PM procedures on production and facility equipment and implementation.
• Operate mills, lathes, welders and other equipment to perform repairs.
• Utilize eMaint software program to order parts and equipment for repairs and equipment PM's.
• Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.
• Safely perform physical demands as indicated below.

• Must be flexible and able to work any shift sometimes at short notice.
