Position Summary
Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Maintenance Technician for The Communities of River Crossing in St. Paul. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and takes pride in keeping a high-end multi-family community in top shape.
Key Responsibilities
- Unit Turns: Prepare vacant apartments to a "market-ready" condition with high attention to detail.
- Service Excellence: Respond to resident service requests (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintain logs for all mechanical systems, including HVAC and water heaters.
- Site Upkeep: Maintain beautiful curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas free of debris.
- Compliance: Ensure all work meets Fair Housing Policies and safety standards.
