Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of our facilities, machinery, and equipment in Wathena, KS. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on high-tech CNC industrial machinery—including laser-cutting, punching, press-brake, and robotic systems—as well as maintaining the facility and grounds. Experience working with Trumpf and/or Bystronic equipment is strongly preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain facilities and grounds.
- Snow removal using snow plow and shovel.
- Facility repairs as needed, including repairs to roof, faucets, sewer, plumbing, boiler lines, heating and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and the preventive maintenance of all machinery.
- Operate a forklift when needed.
- Painting, carpeting, electrical, masonry, welding, roofing and related work.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
