HVAC/ Maintenance Technician

Parkland Gold & Country Club, located in Parkland, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Perform preventative maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, ice machines, and other HVAC and refrigeration equipment throughout the property.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.

Replace compressors, motors, electrical components, and other equipment parts as required.

Diagnose and repair refrigerant leaks and related system issues.

Respond to HVAC service calls and help minimize equipment downtime.

Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other building-related needs.

Support the Facilities team with daily operations, maintenance requests, and other property needs as required.

Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, based on operational needs.

Availability to work holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day.
