Maintenance Technician

Phoenix Manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Glasgow, Missouri manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for hands-on maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems within a manufacturing environment. The technician will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and support safe plant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, welders, overhead cranes, and forklifts

• Inspect equipment for proper operation and identify potential failure risks

• Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, belts, motors, sensors, hoses, and fittings

• Maintain and repair facility systems including lighting, compressed air systems, and building infrastructure

• Support installation and setup of new equipment as needed
