Maintenance Technician 維修技術員

1. 執行電氣系統、控制面板、感測器及自動化設備的日常維護與故障排除，包括 PLC、SCADA 系統及馬達啟動器等設備。
2. 支援機械相關作業，包括設備安裝、檢查及一般維修，例如拆卸擠出機螺桿進行清潔及保養。
3. 負責餵料機、混合機、緊急發電機及消防幫浦等關鍵設備與系統的維護及操作支援。
4. 負責維修及修繕工作的詢價、採購流程協調，並維持日常操作及緊急維修所需備品、零件與材料的適當庫存水位。
5. 參與緊急維修及故障排除工作，包括 On-call 支援，以及定期工廠停機維護作業。
6. 定期執行機械設備及自動化系統的預防性保養與檢查，確保設備運作效率、安全性及可靠性。
7. 執行現場儀表的校正與測試，確保儀表運作準確且可靠。
8. 依據公司標準及相關法規要求，準確記錄並維護設備維修、保養活動及校正結果。
9. 與操作部門及工程團隊密切合作，持續提升電氣元件及控制系統的可靠性，並支援新系統及設備的開發與導入。
10. 協助審查相關技術文件，並參與改善專案中設備的安裝、測試及試運轉工作。

1. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, control panels, sensors, and automation equipment, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and motor starters.
2. Support mechanical activities, including equipment installation, inspection, and general repairs, such as dismantling extruder screws for cleaning and maintenance.
3. Perform maintenance and support the operation of key equipment and systems, including feeders, mixers, emergency generators, and fire pumps.
4. Obtain quotations for maintenance and repair work, coordinate purchasing activities, and maintain appropriate inventory levels of spare parts and materials required for routine operations and emergency repairs.
5. Participate in emergency maintenance and troubleshooting activities, including on-call support, as well as scheduled plant shutdown maintenance.
6. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections of mechanical equipment and automation systems to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and reliability.
7. Calibrate and test field instruments to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
8. Accurately document and maintain records of maintenance activities and calibration results in accordance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
9. Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering teams to improve the reliability of electrical components and control systems and support the development and implementation of new systems and equipment.
10. Assist in reviewing technical documentation and participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment associated with improvement projects.
