Maintenance Technician
Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)
Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for our 168,255 sq. ft. office building. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other operational programs to protect and maximize the operating efficiency of the properties. In addition, provide prompt and courteous service to tenant requests and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and vendors.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in multi-story office building maintenance (not apartments, industrial, or retail).
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC including experience with a cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance.
- Rotation of on-call duty after hours, every 2 to 4 weeks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
