Mantenimiento

Resumen

Responsable de mantener el edificio a cargo en óptimas condiciones.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Cumplir con el mantenimiento programado.

  • Mantener el nivel de servicio por encima del 95

  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos

  • Responsable de dar seguimiento al tiempo de mantenimiento mediante un reporte diario.

Escolaridad y entrenamiento específico

  • Bachillerato concluido, carrera técnica deseable.

Experiencia:

  • 1 año de experiencia con mantenimiento comercial y/o de oficinas corporativas.

  • 1 año de experiencia en alguna posición relacionada a electricidad.

  • 6 meses de experiencia trabajando con aires acondicionados y plomería.

  • 3 meses de experiencia trabajando en construcción.

Conocimiento técnico

  • Conocimiento básico de electricidad, aire acondicionado, plomería y construcción.

  • Pintura
