Maintenance Training Support Analyst (P-8A)
Location: NAS Jacksonville, FL
Security Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

What You’ll Do:
As the P-8A Maintenance Training Support Analyst, you will leverage your extensive experience supporting PMA-290 and P-8A fleet squadron aircraft maintenance operations, including preflight activities, squadron-level maintenance functions, and hands-on, on-aircraft training. You will apply your operational expertise to support maintenance readiness, strengthen training effectiveness, and ensure fleet personnel are prepared to safely and effectively maintain P-8A aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing subject matter expert (SME) support for I3B2 configured aircraft, coordinate with squadron maintenance controls, participate in preflight/postflight I3B2 aircraft events, and ensure operational readiness for the fleet.?
- Collaborating with NAVAIR program office, PMA-290, CPRG, Operational Wings and squadrons, providing aircraft statuses and updates.
- Supervising and training personnel, setting priorities, resolving technical and logistical challenges, and driving team performance.
- Processing Product Quality Reports (PQDRs) to Fleet Support Team, improving technical data and improving mission capability.
- Some travel will be required to ensure timely configuration and repairs.
