Job Duties include:

Ensuring the ground are clean and well maintained. Maintain the indoor pool, perform preventative maintenance (PM) inspections making repairs as needed.

Job Requirements

Being able to make minor dry wall repairs, painting.
Understanding HVAC repair a BIG plus.
Basic knowledge of electric and plumbing
Being able to work outside during good/bad weather.
