As a maintenance worker your responsibilities include:
- Performing building repairs.
- Troubleshoot problems with kitchen equipment.
- Making adjustment to HVAC systems and repairing other equipment such as ice and soda machines.
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks and filling gaps in walls etc.
- Check control panels and electric wiring to identify issues.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Repairing building plumbing.
- Inspecting equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Replace parts that show deterioration.
- Create and up keep a Maintenance Checklist and Equipment Logbook.
- Routine inspections on fire extinguisher, sprinkler and sensor systems.
