Maintenance Worker - Part Time

Shepherd Church is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join our Building & Grounds Team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring our facility is functional, safe, clean, and inviting for everyone who visits.

As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll be responsible for executing a variety of maintenance tasks and repairs. The ideal candidate is dependable, hard-working, and committed to supporting the mission of Shepherd Church through excellence in facility care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a service industry role and/or skilled trade
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and the use of basic tools, and the ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor both indoors and outdoors
• Understanding of safety practices and basic building systems
• Valid California driver's license

• In Person Position
• Flexible schedule required (weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays) between 7:00AM – 9:00PM
