About the role
At AgioGlobal, we are selecting a Maître with a vocation for service, technical vision, and leadership to direct the floor service in a Beach Club
What you'll do
Floor Management and Leadership: Organize, supervise, and direct the work of the team of waiters, station heads, and sommelier services
Excellence in Customer Service: Guarantee the quality and service standards characteristic of Grupo Lezama, resolving incidents with diplomacy and efficiency.
Coordination with Kitchen: Work hand in hand with the Executive Chef and the Alabardero Catering division for daily operations and special events.
Operational Control and Inventory: Supervise cash reconciliations, cellar/crockery stock control, and the optimization of service times.
What we're looking for
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar positions (Maître or Second Maître) in high-volume restaurants, high-end beach clubs, or event catering.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
Knowledge: Mastery of floor operations, reservation management, service protocols, and solid knowledge of enology.

Salary: €28,000 gross/year + incentive
