Make Ready Coordinator

Landmark Realty LLC is currently hiring for a detail oriented Make Ready Coordinator for a large apartment community in Kansas City, MO. As part of our apartment turnover team, you are responsible for all aspects of home renovation. You should possess a well-rounded knowledge of home repair and enjoy working in an environment where every job is a little bit different.

Make Ready Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of make ready/turnover technicians
• Assign work orders to technicians and purchase orders to vendors when applicable
• Ensure we are delivering a quality product in a timely manner.
• Manage life cycle of unit turn over; complete move out inspections, submit work orders and complete charge sheets upon move outs.
• Maintaining vendor communication and relations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years management experience, preferably in a property management setting.
• Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks
• Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
