Male Regional Sales Manager

Job Type: Contract (October–December 2026)
Salary: ₦70,000 Monthly + Commissions

About the Role

Locator.ng is seeking a Male Regional Sales Manager to train and supervise sales agents, monitor market activities, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new sales agents.
• Monitor sales agents across assigned markets.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Provide regular market updates and feedback to the CEO.
• Follow company directives and operational procedures.

Benefits

• Fixed salary of ₦70,000 monthly, with 50% paid at the beginning of the month.
• ₦250 commission for every field sale made by sales agents under your supervision.
• ₦2,500 commission for each personal annual sale.
• ₦1,500 commission for each personal 6-month sale.

Requirements & Work Schedule

• Must visit assigned markets regularly.
• Must be present in the markets at least 4 times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
• Must clock in and clock out during market visits.
• Must provide clear and timely feedback to management.
• Must strictly follow company directives and instructions.
