Mall Beauty Sales Associate
Salary: ₱21,000 – ₱25,000 per month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with customers on the shop floor, providing personalised product recommendations and beauty consultations
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of beauty products to potential customers
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the full range of beauty offerings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Keep the retail space clean, organised and visually appealing in accordance with company standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and ordering
Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product performance and market trends
Comply with all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in retail sales, beauty sales or customer service roles (preferably in a mall or shopping centre environment)
Strong passion for the beauty industry and current trends in cosmetics and skincare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer bases
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work towards individual goals
High level of personal presentation and grooming standards befitting a beauty retail environment
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by mall operations
Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and understanding sales data
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Willingness to undertake product training and develop expertise in beauty consultancy
Fluency in English and/or Filipino; additional languages are advantageous
