Managed Services Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Managed Services Technical Lead to act as the primary technical authority across managed customer environments, working closely with Service Delivery, Architecture, and Operations teams. The role will be responsible for technical governance, operational excellence, major incident management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement.
Key Requirements:
We are seeking a well-rounded infrastructure professional with a strong managed services background. Candidate should possess broad technical expertise across infrastructure, cloud, operating systems, security, storage, backup, and automation technologies. However, virtualization (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V) and networking are the key priority skill areas for this role.
- Strong infrastructure and managed services background
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong Windows/Linux administration skills
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of networking, security, storage, and backup technologies
- ITIL knowledge and experience in enterprise managed services environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar)
Preferred Skills:
- 8-12+ years of infrastructure and managed services experience
- Currently serving as a Technical Lead, Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Infrastructure Architect, Operations Lead, or similar role
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in managed services or hybrid cloud environments
- Strong technical breadth across compute, virtualization, cloud, networking, security, and backup platforms
- Proven track record leading major incidents, driving RCA, and mentoring technical teams
- Comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders, service delivery managers, and senior leadership
