Designs and conducts comprehensive research and analysis studies related to military and civilians in the areas of manpower, personnel, awards, commercial activities studies (A-76), and/or special projects. Develops detailed plans (many without precedent and long-range) and directs or conducts comprehensive management studies to identify problems and propose solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Gathers data and prepares reports/briefings. Serves as the organizational Security Manager. Implements DOD, USAF, and MAJCOM policies and develops local procedures. Interprets, formulates, and implements regulatory guidance for classification management and safeguarding requirements. Prepares and presents written reports and/or oral briefings.
