MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary
Analyzes data trends, financials, and processes to improve efficiency and support strategic decisions for a U.S. Navy engineering command in Guam.
***Guam is designated as a medically underserved area. Military medical facilities offer space-available primary and limited specialty medical care; however, services are not guaranteed. *** You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMMAND ANALYTICS OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.
You will be responsible for conducting data trend analyses, strategic planning initiatives, knowledge management, and process improvements to provide avenues for significant efficiencies and effective results within the enterprise.
You will develop and apply business information models, predictive models, mathematical methods, and linear programming techniques to support decisions across all business lines.
You will analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, future requirements, and process changes, as necessary to improve negative trends or problematic areas across the business line.
You will work with the stakeholder to develop, submit, and defend Business Directorate requirements for assigned programs.
You will perform budget, financial and resource analysis, and provides recommendations to support cost comparison and/or benefits of current or projected program(s).
You will be responsible for conducting resource analysis of current execution trends, issues, and workforce development metrics to include and support the Command’s decisions.
