MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as the Chief of Plans and Actions at the GG-14 grade level performing the functions as a management analyst between the Department of War (DoW), the Intelligence Community (IC), and the Research and Development Support Activity (RDSA).

You will coordinate with Activity subject matter experts to schedule and conduct proactive and requested briefings, tours, and site visits of Activity programs and projects to Executive Branch leaders.

You will prepare new or modify previous management analyses, assessments, or other products and provide recommendations to Activity leadership.

You will maintain relationships across the Research and Development Support Activity (RDSA) to ensure consistent messaging to external partners and stakeholders.

You will assist in the creation and implementation of an Executive Branch engagement strategy to facilitate a relationship of trust and transparency that secures advocacy for the Activity’s strategic priorities.

You will analyze, evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments to Research and Development Support Activity (RDSA) priorities and strategic objectives.
