Position Title: Management Analysts

Position Overview:

This role will provide senior-level organizational, operational, and process-analysis support to SCRIF leadership and project teams. Independently evaluates management systems, procedures, workflows, and organizational performance and develops recommendations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational studies and evaluations supporting SCRIF management and project execution.
  • Analyze management processes, systems, workflows, operating procedures, and organizational performance.
  • Design or recommend systems and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct work-simplification and work-measurement studies.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare operations/procedures manuals, SOPs, management documentation, reports, and briefings.
  • Develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements and support implementation of approved changes.
  • Evaluate implemented improvements and recommend additional corrective or optimization actions.
  • Provide independent analytical support on high-visibility or mission-critical activities and guidance to less-senior staff when assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or a business discipline.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience consistent with the RFP Senior definition.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently perform complex organizational and management analyses.
  • Ability to support high-visibility/mission-critical activities and oversee less-senior staff when required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret DoD security clearance.

  • This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, or a business discipline.
