WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Manage complex program initiatives by coordinating project activities, conducting program analyses, and resolving issues affecting strategic objectives and implementation efforts. Lead strategic program initiatives by coordinating resources, evaluating policies and operations, and supporting organizational priorities and mission objectives. Coordinate program planning and evaluation activities by analyzing organizational processes, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting operational improvements. Conduct complex studies and evaluations to identify operational deficiencies, develop innovative solutions, and support program improvement initiatives. Assess medical supply chain risks and coordinate with government and industry partners to strengthen the resilience of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other critical medical products.
