Management and Program Analyst
Summary
Provides administrative and program analysis support for USDA’s animal, plant, and natural resource protection efforts, including budgeting, HR, logistics, and policy guidance.
You will provide guidance, operational direction and administrative services supporting a host of activities aimed at protecting the health, welfare and value of our nation's plants, animals and natural resources.
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides support for property/financial/HR management, purchasing and logistics coordination, contract review, budget planning, program analysis, and other administrative policies and services.
Assists with researching, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, organization, methods, and procedures of administrative program operations.
Retrieves, aggregates and correlates development data to assess the current state of the workforce’s development against emerging, anticipated or future requirements.
Provides a wide range of advisory services for employees, hiring managers and leadership.
May work collaboratively and diplomatically with foreign government partners as well as program stakeholders in the private and public sectors, to advocate and advance US Government goals and interest.
