MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (BUDGETING)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the squadron program analyst, applying experience to analyze, develop, and evaluate issues, and coordinate recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in an electronic warfare squadron.

Plans, organizes, and coordinates the planning, programming and budgeting activities of the squadron, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet Air Force and MAJCOM requirements. Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic resource planning tools and techniques. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments. Performs/leads studies and coordinates the logistics and supply of squadron laboratories and mobile test facilities. Responsible for smooth operations, to include working with squadron leadership, that ensures efficient flow of operations to meet wing and MAJCOM objectives.
