MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (DATA ANALYST)

As an MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (DATA ANALYST), you will identify, collect, and analyze data, perform data extracts, and conduct analysis, briefing results to stakeholders and generating reports and dashboards.

Serves as a data analyst with responsibility to collect, maintain, review, analyze, evaluate, report, and make recommendations on past, current, and projected data.

Develops, implements, and maintains ongoing metrics, reports, user stories, requirements, and dashboards, leveraging data from various databases, to drive key business decisions by leadership.

Uses data visualization, data communication, and report generation tools, such as Tableau, to prepare professional dashboards, reports, and documents.

Use analytical tools and programs to create, sort, and manage data and provide recommendations and reports to senior leadership.

Plans and conducts special studies and provides advice to managers and develops and evaluates policies in assigned program areas.

Prepares and delivers briefings to managers on projects, findings, and recommendations and develops communication products, including content on USCIS Connect web pages.

This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
