Serves as expert advisor to evaluate Human Capital programs for compliance with established statutes, policies and approved procedures.
Provides independent HR support and liaison services.
Serves as an advisor and consultant to management.
Serves as primary operational authority for daily management of Document Services EAGLE application and directly oversees assigned civilian personnel across all physical operating locations.
Provides technical advice and assistance to management in the areas of classification, position management and recruitment.
