The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position. Maintains electronic filing system group files and ensures mandated guidance policies are followed. Ensures field office records, paper and electronic, adhere to records retention requirements and verifies documentation requirements are followed. During staff meetings or written office communications, provides guidance on office procedures as applicable. Conducts annual administrative reviews for each group. Works with management to obtain responses to identified findings. Provides administrative support to manage a fleet of government-owned vehicles (GOVs). Processes registration renewals, new license plate requests, vehicle surveys, accident reports, law enforcement vehicle permit requests, and tickets. As the training coordinator for the field office, incumbent is responsible for reaching out to management and members of the field office for training nomination opportunities. Responses are collected/compiled for senior management review and provided to the Director of Field Operations (DFO) office for selections. Serves also as the field office coordinator for Integrated Talent Management (ITM) to ensure the field office employees have completed all mandatory training in a timely manner.
