MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

The primary purpose of this position is to analyze proposed sensitive strategic initiatives, assess the effectiveness and impacts of ongoing or mature initiatives, and develop recommendations for senior Department officials.

Develop and/or implements methodologies to consistently analyze the assumptions, potential risk, feasibility, adequacy, and general assessability of proposed sensitive strategic initiatives. Develops and/or implements methodologies and employes quantitative and qualitative criteria to objectively assess the effectiveness and impacts of mature sensitive strategic initiatives. Liaises with OSD, Joint Staff, combatant command, military departments and ASO officials to appropriately represent stakeholder perspectives (e.g. priorities, requirements, constraints, etc.) during revies of assessments of sensitive strategic initiatives. Performs contracting officer representative (COR) functions on behalf of ASO.
