Management and Program Analyst

Training Division - Glynco, GA The selectee of this position serves as a Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for conducting studies of operational functions, delegations of authority, and organizational structures; formulating administrative policies; reviewing, evaluating, and preparing reports on program accomplishments; formulating budget strategies; and analyzing existing procedures to identify more efficient methods for accomplishing program objectives.

As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Coordinating and synthesizing program financial and management data. Participating in team development and customer service improvement initiatives. Recommending policy and procedural changes to enhance the effectiveness of programs and operations. Facilitating the implementation and dissemination of procedural and policy changes through effective written and oral communications.
