The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Strategy, Planning and Innovation, Enterprise Evaluation Program. Typical work assignments include: Conducts thorough research and analysis of data, policies, procedures, and organizational line program operations to evaluate their effectiveness and determine whether state objectives and performance benchmarks are being met. Identifies trends, uncovering inefficiencies, and highlighting areas for improvement to enhance overall program outcomes. Applies principles of management and organization practices and procedures to review new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes and recommends organizational changes. Contributes to the resolution of complex organizational challenges, the enhancement of operational effectiveness, and the alignment of programs with overarching agency goals and priorities. Applies quantitative and qualitative tools to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations, policy, management and organizational practices, organizational structures, and staffing to align with agency goals and objectives
