As a Management and Program Analyst (Wildland Fire) your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Reviews operating regulations and directives and other pertinent sources to gather, correlate, analyze, determine and recommend appropriate effectiveness. Advises management on a variety of opportunities and options to increase organizational effectiveness. Provides direction and interpretation of administrative policies, procedures and guidelines to managers and coworkers. Prepares detailed action plans and schedules for long and short-range project accomplishment and ensures that plans are consistent with organization's goals and policies. Serves as a point of contact among program managers, specialists, and support services staff to obtain and clarify information, coordinate data calls, and ensure timely completion of assigned analytical products.
