We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Management Associate (MA) Programme - Project Management is an accelerated, 6-month rotational development opportunity designed for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals. This program provides comprehensive exposure to core project management functions, including project planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, contract administration, and operational delivery.

As an MA, you will work directly alongside Project Managers and Operations teams to gain practical, hands-on project management experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Through structured mentorship, project rotations, and monthly learning sessions, this role prepares you for future project leadership and management roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Execution & Resource Allocation: Support day-to-day field operations, project scheduling, and material/resource planning to ensure work progresses safely within target timelines and budgets.
  • Structured Rotational Exposure: Complete a 6-month rotation across core operational functions (Site Operations, Project Planning & Control, and Administration) to build end-to-end project expertise.
  • Technical Documentation & Coordination: Assist in preparing progress reports, technical submittals, and SOPs while coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Present key project takeaways during monthly sharing sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are someone who thrives on collaboration and knows how to build strong relationships on-site.
  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset. You enjoy the dynamic energy of a fast-paced site environment and view challenges as opportunities to grow.
