Management Associate

Job Description & Requirements

Provide service to customers in accordance with the Company’s service standards and guidelines
Receive and perform in-store and delivery orders
Cashiering and sales reporting
Cooking and preparation of food and drinks items for sale
Inventory and stock management, estimate stock requirement and place orders, moving and arrangement of stocks when delivered
Monitor and maintain food quality and safety in compliance with the Company’s safety and risk management policies and procedures
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, clean workstations and equipment following all Company’s rules and procedures.
Store opening and closing duties
Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager on all aspects to achieve profit and productivity targets.
Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager on training and developing of F&B staff
Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant to ensure Outlet Compliance with authority and company regulations in aspects including but not limited to hygiene, workplace safety, sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays, and inventory controls
Other ad-hoc duties when required
