Management Associate - Plant Operations/營運管理儲備幹部

We are seeking a high-potential Operations Management Associate with extensive onsite experience in chemical plants for our hazardous waste treatment facility. Initially, this role will focus on cross-unit operational learning without people management responsibilities. The company provides systematic training. The goal is to develop this individual into an independent manager capable of leading a team and achieving departmental KPIs.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Operational Rotation & Process Learning: Participate in day-to-day plant operations and follow a comprehensive training plan to understand end-to-end operational workflows.
• Production & Operational Coordination: Assist supervisors in production scheduling and cross-departmental communication; track operational efficiency, uptime, and improvement items.
• EHS & Compliance: Implement safety protocols and environmental requirements; assist in site risk identification and accident prevention.
• Quality & Management Systems: Maintain records and documentation according to international standards (e.g., ISO, 5S) and company management systems.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): Participate in efficiency enhancement, cost control, and optimization projects with data-driven results.
• Development & Succession: Gradually take on broader management responsibilities and transition into a managerial role responsible for team leadership.

【主要職責】

• 營運輪調與製程學習： 參與工廠日常營運，並依培訓計畫掌握全製程運作流程。
• 生產運轉與調度協調： 協助主管進行生產排程與跨部門溝通；追蹤運轉效率、稼動率及相關改善事項。
• 環境安全與法規遵循： 落實安全作業與環保要求；協助現場風險辨識與事故預防。
• 品質與管理系統維護： 依國際標準（如 ISO、5S）與公司管理系統要求，維護相關紀錄與文件。
• 持續改善專案： 參與效率提升、成本控制與優化專案，並以數據方式呈現成效。
• 發展與管理接班： 逐步承接管理職責，培養團隊領導力，為接任管理職做準備。
