Management Associate (Real Estate, Property Management)
Summary
Rotational program for real-estate management associates: track construction budgets, prepare reports, assist sales/marketing, and liaise with architects and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain exposure to company management/operation through structured department rotations
Assist the Management in planning and executing projects with allocated budget and resources within established timeline and master programme
Monitor progress, schedules and cost of assigned construction project(s)
Prepare progress reports, coordinate and attend meetings
Support sales operations including marketing, client engagement, and sales administration
Assist in managing facility operations, maintenance schedules, and tenant relations
Participate in company’s strategic planning
Prepare business plan and feasibility study
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
Liaise with Architect, Consultant, Professional Engineer and Authorities on requirement and ensure compliance to relevant legislation and standards of performance for all assigned project(s)
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Team player with a customer-focused attitude
