Job Description
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth business operations.
- Analyse business data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision- making.
- Support and participate in departmental and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in structured leadership development initiatives, mentoring, and practical assignments.
- Actively engage in training and learning programmes to develop business, commercial, and leadership competencies.
- Rotate across different departments over a 5 to 8-years development programme to gain broad business exposure and prepare for future management roles.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- With 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and basic analytical tools.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
