About the role

Do you want to develop your career in sales, customer service, management and leadership?

As a Management Trainee at Enterprise Mobility, you will learn how a business works from the inside. From day one, you will work directly with customers, participate in the real activity of an office, and take on responsibilities that will grow with you.

We don't expect you to arrive knowing everything. We look for your initiative, your ability to connect with people, and your desire to learn. We will provide you with training, guidance, and a development plan to help you become a manager.

What you'll do

Your workday will combine customer service, commercial activity, operations, and learning about office management.

• Advise our customers and offer them solutions tailored to their needs
• Manage reservations and rental contracts
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection
• Review vehicle condition as part of the service experience
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to office objectives
• Develop relationships with workshops, dealerships, and local companies
• Understand and analyze the main business indicators
• Collaborate with your team to offer an excellent experience

The operational part will be essential for you to know the business from the ground up and progressively assume management responsibilities.

What we're looking for

• University degree / Higher vocational training completed
• Driving license held for at least one year
• Applicable EU residence or work permit
• B2 level of English
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends
• Availability for potential relocation linked to future promotion opportunities within Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, sales, commerce, hospitality, or services
• Ease of communicating, listening, and building trust
• Goal orientation and commercial motivation
• Initiative and decision-making ability
• Curiosity, a learning attitude, and a desire to take on new responsibilities
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to the team's success

You do not need to have worked previously in the mobility sector. We will teach you the business from the beginning.

• Starting gross salary of between 21,000 and 23,000 euros per year

What will you learn?

During the program, you will develop practical experience in four key areas:

• Customer service, you will learn to identify needs and offer mobility solutions that provide an excellent experience.
• Sales and business development, you will acquire sales and negotiation skills, as well as build relationships with workshops, dealerships, and local businesses.
• Business management, you will learn the main indicators of an office, participate in cost control, and learn to interpret a profit and loss statement.
• Leadership, you will work alongside experienced managers and develop competencies to communicate, make decisions, resolve situations, and manage teams.

Your career plan

The Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare you to progressively assume positions of greater responsibility:

Management Trainee → Management Assistant → Assistant Manager → Branch Manager

Your development could lead you to positions such as Branch Manager, with an indicative remuneration of between 40,000 and 50,000 gross euros per year and a company vehicle.

The pace of progression will depend on your performance, the fulfillment of program objectives, and the opportunities available within the company.
