Responsibilities
- Execute daily restaurant service operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive working environment
- Assist outlet managers in monitoring and managing restaurant supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Support outlet managers in implementing social media and marketing programs to enhance restaurant visibility and engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support operational and administrative tasks
