In this position, you will provide oversight and analysis of programs and policies related to Human Capital and administrative functions within DHS/CBP, offering expert advice and recommendations to improve data automation, delivery, and methodology. You will serve as a key advisor to management on a variety of administrative and programmatic issues, conduct technical analysis of key programs, and support program goals, effectiveness, resource utilization, and allocation. This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10). GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area. Major duties include: Analyzing and evaluating data related to human capital and administrative programs to assess program effectiveness, resource utilization, and progress toward organizational goals. Developing and maintaining business intelligence reports, data models, and analytical tools to support workforce management, recruitment, and staffing analysis. Advising senior leadership and management officials by preparing analytical reports, technical documents, and recommendations for improving data automation, delivery, and methodologies. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues, ensure data integrity, and integrate improvement efforts across Enterprise Services and CBP. Leading project-related studies and investigations, planning data collection strategies, and implementing new or improved methods for analyzing and presenting program data.
