Summary
Analyzes and reports on financial data for an education-focused company, handling commissions, budgets, audits, and compliance reporting in Microsoft Navision.
Commission Administration
- Prepare and process student recruitment commission payments for Local Student Recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare monthly and annual FPSG reports and perform annual reconciliations.
- Support timely month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Prepare month-end revenue schedules, journal entries, and post journals in Microsoft Navision.
- Analyze revenue and expense variances and prepare management reporting packages.
- Prepare monthly audit schedules and financial reports for Star Education.
- Compile financial information and analysis for board presentations.
Budgeting & Planning
- Prepare annual budget templates for local entities and the Group.
- Consolidate Group budgets and validate budget submissions.
- Upload finalized budgets into Navision and support management reporting requirements.
Compliance & Statutory Reporting
- Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with EduTrust (CPE) requirements.
- Support external audit requests and coordinate audit-related documentation.
- Prepare audit financial reports, annual returns, XBRL filings, and corporate tax returns for the Group.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform ad hoc finance and reporting duties as assigned.
