Key Areas of Training

• Business Operations: Learn branch procedures, monitor performance goals, and help coordinate daily activities.
• Sales & Customer Relations: Assist customers with rentals, explain available products, support sales goals, and resolve service concerns.
• Fleet Coordination: Help manage vehicle availability, inventory, condition, and readiness for rental.
• Team Development: Participate in employee training, scheduling, task coordination, and team support while building leadership skills.
