Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Program for an AI-driven information collection project and CAN JOIN ASAP. This role offers structured training, hands-on field experience, and a fast-track career development opportunity within an innovative technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and successfully complete the company's training program.

Conduct AI data collection activities at designated project sites, including factories, retail stores, logistics centres, offices, and other field locations.

Operate data collection equipment according to established procedures and quality standards.

Ensure collected data is accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements.

Adapt to various project environments and resolve operational issues effectively.

Coordinate and communicate with supervisors, including international management, in English.

Support project execution and demonstrate readiness for future leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields are preferred).

Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are mandatory.

Willing to travel and work at various project locations within the Greater Jakarta area.

Strong learning agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Demonstrated leadership potential is an advantage.

Paid training for 2–3 days with an allowance of IDR 100,000 per day.

Successful candidates who complete the training and assessment will receive a starting salary of IDR 5,700,000 per month.

Outstanding performers may be promoted to Quality Control (QC) Team Leader with a salary of up to IDR 10,000,000 per month within approximately one month, subject to performance evaluation.

Work Arrangement

Field-based role with assignments at various project locations across the Greater Jakarta area.

Standard working hours of 8 hours per day (shift arrangement may apply).
