Role Overview
As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Prime System Solutions, you will embark on a structured career development journey designed to build your professional foundation. Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist in internal process documentation and compliance tracking.
- Support workflow optimization initiatives across departments.
- Help prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
- Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
- Gain exposure to organizational policies, audits, and efficiency improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
