Management Trainee Programme and Tech Bootcamp

Applications are now open for the 2026 Union Bank Management Trainee Programme and Tech Bootcamp.

Requirements for the Management Trainee Programme
●Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of second-class lower division, or an HND with at least a lower credit
●Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
●Maximum age of 27 years at the time of application
●Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

Requirements for the Tech Bootcamp Programme
●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences, or a related field, or possession of a relevant professional IT certification.
●Minimum academic qualification of second-class lower division from a recognised university, or an HND with at least a lower credit.
●A minimum of five (5) O'Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings
●Must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
●NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption
