Management Trainee (Sales & Operation)

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,500 per month

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainee to develop future business and management talent through hands-on training and job rotation across Sales & Business Development and Business Operations.

The successful candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training to gain exposure to the company's IT consulting services, business operations, sales processes and project management activities. You will work closely with management and experienced team members to identify business opportunities, build customer relationships and contribute to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads and engaging potential clients.

• Support sales activities, client relationships, proposals and presentations.

• Assist in daily business operations, coordination and administrative tasks.

• Support project planning, coordination, scheduling and progress monitoring.

• Coordinate project activities, resources and communication between internal teams and customers.

• Develop basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and managed IT services.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to recommend suitable solutions.

• Learn to communicate technical solutions in simple business language.

• Participate in training, business projects and other assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on new responsibilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team.

• Keen interest in the IT industry, business development and operations.

• Professional attitude, integrity and willingness to learn.

• Good command of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage
