Management Trainee (Sales / Supply Chain) – Structured Graduate Programme

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our structured Management Trainee Programme.

This programme is designed to develop future professionals in Sales (Business Development) or Supply Chain through structured rotations, project-based learning, and potential regional exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business activities in assigned functions (Sales or Supply Chain)
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and business development initiatives (Sales track)
  • Support operational coordination, process improvement, and service delivery (Supply Chain track)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and basic data analysis
  • Participate in structured training and rotation to gain end-to-end understanding of the business

Programme Structure

The programme includes:

  • Structured onboarding and local business exposure
  • Functional rotation across relevant departments
  • Project-based assignments to build practical experience
  • Potential short-term regional exposure (where applicable)

Track Allocation

Trainees may be assigned to either:

  • Sales (Business Development) Track – focusing on customer engagement and business growth
  • Supply Chain Track – focusing on operations, coordination, and process optimisation

Assignment will be based on business needs and individual strengths.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with strong learning ability and interest in business development or supply chain are encouraged to apply
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good learning attitude and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
