As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting persuasive presentations, and supporting key initiatives that drive the growth of our company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends

• Develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients

• Lead and support client outreach and lead generation efforts

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to execute growth strategies

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans Qualifications

• MBA from a recognized institution (1 - 2 years of relevant experience)

Required Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design

• Interest in working with AI tools and actively engaging with them in day-to-day activities

• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
