Management Trainee
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Management Trainee to join our team as a Food Services Crew Leader. This role provides hands-on experience in restaurant operations, customer service and team coordination, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day service operations to ensure smooth and efficient outlet performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
- Monitor service operations to ensure compliance with company service standards, SOPs and safety requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and outlet presentation.
- Support the Outlet-in-Charge in coordinating and guiding service crew to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional working environment within the outlet.
- Identify areas for improvement and support initiatives to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Candidates with F&B, hospitality or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
- Strong leadership potential with an interest in developing a long-term career in F&B management.
